Welcome to NF Educators

NF Educators was initially founded in 2006 to provide CPR and first aid services to medical professionals, child care providers, and the general public who required this information. In 2010, we realized the growing need for affordable EMS continuing education due the financial burdens being placed on EMS services from Medicare and Medicaid cutbacks and lower rates.

Rather than watch our fellow providers struggle to obtain the vital continuing education needed to maintain their licensure, we've taken the initiative to bring this education directly to them.

We believe that being a small company, we are able to provide you with the quality education you deserve and can afford.

Our instructors have extensive backgrounds in both rural and urban EMS and are chosen by a very thorough process to insure that you receive the best training possible.

NF Educators will ensure that all courses meet current national guidelines and taught by credentialed instructors.

NF Educators will ensure that courses will be made convenient to our customers needing our services. NF Educators will not discriminate against sex, race, religion, or creed.

NF Educators business is based on what we call the 3 “A's”. Availability, Accessibility, and Afford ability,

  • Availability – We understand the “odd” schedules that EMS providers work. Most work what is considered a “Kelley Shift” which is usually three different 24 hour crews in rotation. We can modify our training to meet these needs by repeating the same topics for each rotation.
  • Accessibility – NF Educators has experience in rural EMS. These particular providers in some cases must drive as much as two hours each way to obtain their required training each day. With our business strategies, we will be able to provide on-site education at their facilities and allow open enrollment so other nearby providers may experience the conveniences we have to offer.
  • Afford ability – we sympathize with these smaller, rural services who have little or no budget for training. Due to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement cuts, revenue has been drastically decreased for these services. Unfortunately, these services continue to experience increasing calls for service. This results in these services to sometimes hire additional employees. The end result is usually a “rob Peter to pay Paul” situation. In order to continue to provide the services required to the community, the education budget is always the first to be reduced or completely cut to allow for money to be allocated for regular operating costs. This most likely results in the service searching for alternative means of education or the employees paying out of their own pockets. By allowing such contract negotiations and our low overhead, we are able to make this required training affordable.
